    Phare

    L’accès maritime au port de Ploumanac’h est difficile ; le passage est étroit et parcouru de courants violents.
    Un premier phare en granit gris de l’Ile Grande fut construit en 1860 ; il était habité par un gardien.
    Détruit par les allemands en aout 1944, il fut remplacé par un nouveau phare en granit rose ; celui-ci mesure 15 mètres de haut et est automatisé. Sa portée par nuit claire est de 11 milles marins, soit 20 kilomètres.
    Un petit pont de granit permet de rejoindre la plate-forme du phare. De celle-ci, le visiteur a un très beau point de vue sur la côte de granit. 
    A l’angle de la plateforme se trouve un escalier de pierre qui descend vers une pièce aménagée sous les rochers.
